Each individual may hold only one happyplay account. Multi-accounting is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
All promotional bonuses at happyplay are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to abuse bonuses will result in forfeiture.
Withdrawal requests at happyplay are processed only to payment methods that have been verified in your account. Winnings cannot be transferred to third parties. happyplay reserves the right to request identity documents before processing large withdrawals.
Using bots, exploiting software errors, engaging in match-fixing, money laundering, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited on happyplay. Such conduct triggers immediate account suspension and may be reported to Philippine authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. happyplay operates under PAGCOR authorization. Any dispute not resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

By accessing, registering on, or using the happyplay Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the happyplay Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the happyplay Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on happyplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:
happyplay reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any stage to verify your age and identity. Acceptable identification includes a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, PRC ID, or other PAGCOR-approved identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory identification within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.
Age Restriction Warning: The happyplay Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and older. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately terminated. All funds deposited by an underage person will be returned to the funding source, minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on happyplay. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering your happyplay Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to promptly update this information if it changes.
happyplay applies a full KYC verification process to all registered accounts prior to enabling real-money withdrawals. This process may include, but is not limited to: submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and source-of-funds documentation for accounts with high wagering volumes. happyplay's KYC requirements are mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine AML law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your happyplay login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity that occurs under your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility.
You must notify happyplay immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials. happyplay will take reasonable steps to assist you upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Security reminder: happyplay staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or phone call. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.
happyplay implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption for all data transmitted through the Platform, automated fraud detection, IP monitoring, and device fingerprinting. These measures are in addition to, not a substitute for, your own obligation to protect your Account credentials.
happyplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in your Account dashboard.
All deposits and withdrawals on happyplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
happyplay is required under Philippine AML law to apply enhanced due diligence to transactions above certain thresholds. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional verification procedures and may be delayed pending completion of such verification. happyplay reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

VIP Programme: happyplay's VIP programme awards loyalty points based on real-money wagering volume. VIP tier status and associated benefits are reviewed monthly. happyplay's random number generator (RNG) games use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited and tested for fairness. All game outcomes are determined independently of any player action taken after bets are placed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the happyplay Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:
Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback against a legitimate happyplay deposit constitutes fraud. happyplay will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue recovery through legal channels. Members who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the happyplay Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

happyplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Bonus Credits and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money Funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file, minus any amounts subject to active dispute or investigation, within a reasonable processing period.
You may voluntarily close your happyplay Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any unused Funds in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC verification.
happyplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the happyplay Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. happyplay operates under the authorization of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
